The building has been deemed a total loss. We have decided not to rebuild that location. We have moved into office spaces across from the Chieftain Museum. The address is 504 Riverside Parkway Suite 402. Our phone number has NOT changed, 706.234.9425. Gary should be fully up and running at that location by 1/26/2012. Until then his calls are being forwarded to our other offices. Junia is at that location now and can take your payments. Thank you for being patient with us while we have been making this transition. The hold up in getting moved has been utilities and phones. If a tree falls due to wind, it is considered an "Act of God". Many people feel responsible for their tree and want to help in some way. I always tell insureds that if it had been covered they would have had a deductible, so they may want to help their neighbor pay their deductible. The only time the tree owner's policy would be activated is if the tree owner knew the tree was diseased and had a potential to fall in heavy winds. </a10:content>

Floods & Earthquakes

Please remember that Floods and Earthquakes are NOT covered under your homeowner policy unless you have purchased the coverage separately. Our flagship location in Calhoun was purchased in 2000 by Wayne White Agency, Inc. from Marsha Parker. Marsha had purchased the business from her then employer, Dean and Moore. We kept using the Dean and Moore name because it had been recognized in the Gordon county area since the 80's. We are in NO way affiliated with any other Dean and Moore location. And as of today, 9/15/2009, are working on ridding ourselves of this name. If you have any questions regarding this change or anything else, feel free to email me at waynewhite@whiteagencies.com. Thanks!
